After you register in the Team Volunteer Registration, the CCHA Treasurer will be notified of your role.  Please wait to hear from them for the next steps in obtaining the team checkbook.

  • OWN the checkbook. You are the only person to write checks
  • Work with Head Coach,  Scrimmage Manger & Team Manager to help set team budget/slush fund. (things to include are referee fees, tournament gate fees, parties, out of town tournament expenses, end of the year party, coaches gifts, etc.). Sample budget below.
  • Manage receipts/expenses
  • Share with your teams a budget/expenses spreadsheet – people want to know where the money goes
  • Checkbooks should be turned in around April – please only drop off at the Chaska Branch.
  • Leave around 5 dollars or so in the account before turning in checkbook.
