Thank you for taking on a role as a Team Volunteer or Locker Room Monitor. Whether you are a Team Manager, Scrimmage Manager, Team Treasurer or Videographer, your role is a necessary part of keeping the team organized and competitive and we appreciate you volunteering.
Below you will find the steps that all volunteers need to complete. After those are completed, please click on the appropriate tab for additional steps and information you will need to move forward in your roles.
Please complete all requirements well ahead of the due dates.
The first team volunteer meeting will be October 23, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Chaska Community Center in the wet craft room.
Any volunteer not registered will forfeit their Volunteer Hours.

If you are managing more than 1 team, you do not need to re-register with USA Hockey or do a second background check & SafeSport training (as long as they are current) just register the 2nd team in the Team Volunteer Registration.
This spreadsheet has been created so that teams can post ice that they can't use. We ask that ONLY head coaches and/or team managers fill out the information. You will need the email address of who is posting the available ice to complete the post.
*If you are picking up EXTRA ice, then please talk with your FULL team first as this will ADD cost to your season's fees.
