ROOKIE MITE SUCTURE
The Rookie Mite program is a Co-Ed program for our youngest skaters.
In November & December Rookie Mite teams can expect 1 weekend ice touches (Saturday). These include half-ice practices with another Rookie Mite teams and possible in house scrimmages/games. The CCHA Pond Hockey tournament is also held at the end of December.
January through the end of the season in March, the 1 weekend ice touch continues. There may also be 1 OPTIONAL weeknight outdoor practice as weather permits. Rookie Mite teams will participate in a late winter Jamboree and the CCHA Hockey Hoopla in March

Rookie Mite Program is for players in Pre-K.

Where
Practices will take place at Chaska Community Center.
Extra Costs
Beyond USA Hockey registration and season registration there are no additional association fees.
Teams will, at their own discretion, incur other costs such as coaches gifts. However, these are not required expenses.
Required Equipment
All players must have skates, stick, gloves, shin pads, elbow pads, breezers, pelvic protector, shoulder pads, helmet, mouthguard, and neck protector. Players without all required equipment will not be allowed on the ice.
