LOCKER ROOM MONITOR REQUIRED REGISTRATION STEPS

Step 1

Register with USA Hockey as a volunteer.

Cost: Registration is FREE.

Step 2

Association: Chaska/Chanhassen (District 6)

ID #: 35615801

Cost: $30

Validity: Screenings are valid for 2 years, so if you've done it recently, you may not need to do it again.

Step 3

Core SafeSport Training: For new volunteers or first-time certification.

SafeSport Refresher: For recertification if you've completed the core training in a previous season.

Validity: Each course is valid for one season.

STEP 4

You must complete steps 1-3 before registering as a locker room monitor.
