Hosted by the Chaska Chanhassen Hockey Association, the 1st Annual Aurora Cup is positioned to be a top-tier 10U/12U tournament in the region featuring top competition and fun atmosphere.

Teams are guaranteed four games played at the Chaska Community Center and Victoria Recreation Center—two rinks just minutes apart—making for a well-organized, seamless tournament you won’t want to miss!

REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY

Registration and Refund Policy

Once registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact Tournament Director Liza Hanson as soon as possible.

A deposit of $500 or full payment ($1,600) is due within 30 days of registration. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than September 22, 2025. Registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received.


Aurora Cup Refund Policy

Any team that chooses to withdraw from the tournament may do so; however, refunds will be based on when the Tournament Director is notified of the team’s withdrawal.

  • A full refund will be issued if registration is canceled before September 1, 2025.
  • A 50% refund will be issued if registration is canceled between September 1 and September 22, 2025.
  • No refund will be issued if registration is canceled after September 23, 2025.


In the event the tournament is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Chaska Chanhassen Hockey Association (CCHA)—including, but not limited to, cancellations mandated by the State of Minnesota, USA Hockey, or Minnesota Hockey—CCHA will refund all payments to teams with active paid registrations (either deposit or full payment) as of the date of cancellation.

Participant Release and Waiver of Liability

Each team must provide its own insurance coverage and present proof of coverage at tournament check-in prior to its first game.

The Aurora Cup Tournament (“Tournament”), CCHA volunteers, board members, tournament officials, arena staff, and all CCHA agents, independent contractors, and employees shall not be liable for any injuries—physical or financial—to participants (including players, coaches, and managers), spectators, or accompanying minors.

All participants and attendees assume any and all risks associated with attendance at or participation in the tournament, including activities on arena premises in Chaska or Victoria and surrounding areas such as sidewalks and parking lots.

By submitting this form, I/we acknowledge that we have read, understand, and agree to comply with this Participant Release and Waiver of Liability.
